Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy describes how and when orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you shop at Beausica(the “Services”). By placing an order with us, you agree to this Shipping Policy as well as our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GMT) may be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and will be shown during checkout. These estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or events outside our control. We are not liable for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates. You are responsible for paying any such additional charges.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if available for your shipping method). Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
Delivery Issues
If your order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Damages & Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@beausica.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
If an item in your order is on pre-order or backorder, your entire order may be held until all items are available to ship. You will be notified if there are significant delays.
